Holistic therapy for trauma, grief & life transitions

Serving adults in NY.

When life has changed you — through loss, trauma, or ongoing stress — it can feel hard to trust your body, your emotions, or your sense of direction.

I offer trauma-informed, integrative therapy rooted in nervous system awareness and relational safety, supporting emotional regulation, confidence, focus, and steady reconnection to yourself.

Sessions are thoughtfully paced and individualized, honoring your lived experience and creating space for meaningful, sustainable healing — not quick fixes.

Holistic Therapy for ADHD, Grief, Life Transitions, and Confidence

Is this therapy a good fit for you?

This work may be supportive if you…

  • Feel overwhelmed, scattered, or disconnected — even though you’re capable and self-aware

  • Struggle with focus, follow-through, time management, or ADHD-related patterns

  • Are navigating grief, trauma, or a major life transition and want care that feels grounding and supportive

  • Want therapy that integrates nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and insight — not just talking

  • Are ready to engage in therapy as a meaningful investment in your well-being

The clients I work with are thoughtful, reflective, and open to a collaborative, whole-person approach to healing.

This work may not be the right fit if you…

  • Are looking for a quick fix or short-term coping strategies only

  • Prefer highly directive, manualized, or symptom-only treatment

  • Are seeking insurance-based therapy (outside of BCBS)

  • Are not open to body-based, integrative, or holistic approaches

  • Want therapy to be something done to you rather than with you

If that’s the case, I’m happy to help you consider other options that may better meet your needs.

Somatic and Integrative Approaches

What does therapy look like?

A collaborative, whole-person approach

Therapy is active, relational, and grounded in nervous system awareness. I work collaboratively with you to create safety and clarity while honoring your pace and capacity for growth.

Sessions integrate insight-oriented therapy with somatic approaches, supporting awareness of how experiences live in your body, emotions, and patterns — not only your thoughts.

Rather than focusing on symptom relief alone, this work supports regulation, integration, and sustainable change over time.

What this looks like in practice

Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include:

Somatic and trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, Coaching, and gentle integrative practices (breathwork, mindfulness, or energy-based work) to support emotional regulation, focus, and meaningful life transitions.

For some clients, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) may be explored as a carefully integrated component of ongoing therapy — never as a stand-alone or quick fix.

The pace and structure of our work

Therapy is paced with care and intention, supporting steady reflection and meaningful progress. I work best with clients who are willing to engage both in and between sessions.

This is not a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we shape the work in a way that feels attuned, supportive, and sustainable for you.
